Management Matrix was originally conceived by Exponential Training and Assessment Ltd, a leading Midlands based training provider. The system has been designed, developed, tested and refined by a team of their Assessors and Verifiers over a number of years. Now backed by the technical know how of CogniSoft Ltd, a leading provider of Learner Management Systems, Management Matrix is available for you to use.

Management Matrix was designed to maximise the benefits that technology has to offer, without requiring Assessors and Verifiers to make huge changes to the way that they work. Management Matrix has the look and feel of a paper portfolio, making it easy to use.

All support and training is provided by experienced Assessors and Verifiers who truly believe in Management Matrix and would never want to use another approach to on-line assessment. They are familiar with the issues that Assessors and Verifiers face on a day to day basis and know how Management Matrix can help. They talk your language.
